Sussex Festival of Nature

This Sunday 22nd June sees the annual Sussex Festival of Nature which takes place on the South Downs at Stanmer Park, Brighton. The event allows visitors to explore the varied landscapes of the county, whilst finding out more about sustainable ways to connect with the environment.  Sussex Green Living’s 100% recycled stand, Pedro and his recycled robots will be there, playing green games and giving ideas as to how people can lead a greener life. You can help this Philippine disaster

You can make a difference……Last week we published an urgent message about another disaster in the Philippines… the Philippine Community Fund (PCF), their community centre, health centre, school for 600 children and 3,000 families are being evicted from their homes on this Manila dumpsite. Bottle Top Madness Event

Is it raining bottle tops?

On Saturday 5th April 9.30am – 12 noon there are certainly going to be thousands of plastic bottle tops at the Quaker Meeting House in Horsham, as volunteers gather to do their bit for the environment.  As part of the West Sussex Climate Change Board, Don’t Waste Your Week, Sussex Green Living are running a fun family event. Brighton Science Festival comes to Billingshurst

The Brighton Science Festival is coming to Billingshurst on Friday 29th May 2015.  It looks like a fairground. It IS a fairground, but each of the stalls has a surprise, something to grapple your mind, to discover, explore and play with. Press Release…..Take One Productions (UK) Ltd‘s CSR initiative Sussex Green Living won the GOING GREEN AWARD for the second year running.  Petro our mascot frog was excited to win the award he says “Its a great way to spread the green word that we all need to live greener, leaner and more sustainably”.

Many thanks JP South Events and JSPC Computer Services Ltd for a fantastic evening at the Business Matters Awards Ceremony at the Copthorne Hotel Effingham on 13th September 2013.  A great evening was had by all!  This now qualifies us for the Southern Business Awards taking place at The Grand Hotel in Brighton on 27th September.  The main sponsor is JSPC Computer Services and the sponsor of Going Green Gemini Brighton, impressively eco friendly printer and designers.
