Something interesting is happening at Balcombe. All sorts of people who have never been involved in protest are coming together, supporting and connecting with each other. In the process of coming together they seem to be waking up to what a dirty business fossil fuel extraction that powers our society really is. From learning how to handle difficult people and situations, to experiencing the generosity of strangers, what many are finding by coming to the camp, is that they are mostly learning about relationships and how community can work. So in the spirit of Transition being more like a party than a protest, you are invited to this family friendly singing event on Sunday and to see first hand what is going on there.
