Visit wonderland Pooh House and Gardens

27th and 28th April 2013 11am – 5pm

Tucked away in the idyllic West Sussex village of Fittleworth is the magical one acre wonderland of Pooh House and Gardens.

Family outdoor event SussexOutdoor play for children

Pooh, Tigger & Piglet are coming out of hibernation to host an open garden weekend of fun with 8 gardens in 1 to experience.  Pooh, Piglet and Tigger are thrilled to have St John’s Ambulance team with their mobile treatment center for all to experience. They want to join in too with the Sussex Wildlife trust on their bug hunt and also dispel the myths and fears about bats with the live display and chat from The Sussex Bat Group.  Sussex Green Living will be there on the Saturday with Pedro and his recycled robots playing green games!

Proceeds from these events went to Chestnut Tree House (the only children’s hospice in Sussex, which cares for children and young adults from all over the county with progressive life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses) and Aldingbourne Trust who help people with learning disabilities to have the same opportunities as everyone else to live independent, full lives.
